IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: ANDREW GILLUM WANTS FLORIDA TO BECOME LIKE NEW JERSEY
TALLAHASSEE, FL- When he isn’t campaigning with disgraced Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel, Andrew Gillum can be hard to find on the campaign trail, but never fear Florida voters, Andrew Gillum will soon be holding an event … in New Jersey.
On Sunday, September 23, New Jersey U.S. Senator Cory Booker, Representative Bonnie Watson Coleman, Representative Donald M. Payne, Jr, Governor Phil Murphy and Lt. Governor Sheila Y. Oliver will host a fundraiser for Andrew Gillum.
“Andrew Gillum wants Florida to become like New Jersey and is leaving the state to raise money from what appears to be the entire New Jersey delegation,” said Meredith Beatrice, Director of Communications for the Republican Party of Florida. “Over 1,000 people a day are fleeing high-tax states like New Jersey to make Florida their home. It’s very clear that Andrew Gillum wants to reverse our progress here in the Sunshine State and impose the same big government ideology on Florida taxpayers that has failed in states like New Jersey.”
